  2. awesome props to everyone that did the workout rx. it may have taken longer, but the benefits far outweigh the pain and suffering. full range of motion, top to bottom, unassisted and unmodified, will improve your flexibility, strength and power.

    for those that still require modification in the movements, be patient. your time will come. but understand this: IF YOU CAN PERFORM THE MOVEMENT CORRECTLY/PROPERLY FOR ONE REP, THEN YOU CAN DO SO THE ENTIRE WORKOUT. add in the intensity ingredient and you will soon become an animal and reap the benefits and results faster than you can imagine.

    meghan grinded out every rep as prescribed; every pull up was kipped unassisted...every push up was top to bottom with no modification...and every situp a strain and struggle for gloriness. her time was loooooooonnnnggggg, but it made her better, faster and stronger overall as opposed to modifying the movements in order to have a faster time.

    there were many of you that grinded it out just as she did. kudos to you...i only wish i was there to witness your work in person.

    i'm always humbled in the presence of warriors.

  4. When you say they were rx'ed, do you mean when they did pull-ups they did NOT kip? Or just did the correct kip? Or was it full up full down no kip pull-ups?

  6. derek - good output. wish i could have been there to witness that time. impressive with full range of motion on all 3 movements.

    dustin - unless otherwise stated, every pull up we do is kipping. if it was modified, that means that they either did band-assisted pull ups or jumping pull ups.

    melissa - that ass is hot...trust me.
