CRACK ROCK FRIDAY

Choose your own workout. Post time/loads for score.

JU ROTC does "Double Ds" for time.
4 rounds w/ 20# vest of:
10 ghd situps
10 back extensions
10 strict pullups
10 pushups
10 air squats
400m run
Rest 3 minutes then,
4 rounds of 10 ring dips

MS/Solista, Zach & Russ attempted, persevered, and accomplished "CrackRock". This workout is to be done as prescribed w/ no modification. If you must modify it then don't do it at all.
Workout 1:
10/8/6/4/2
50/40/30/20/10
135# sdlhp
double unders
(looks like 10sdlhp/50 dbl unders then 8/40 and so on)
Rest 5 minutes then

Workout 2:
30-20-10
pull ups
16# jump ball slams
(looks like 30pulls/30slams then 20/20 and so on)
Rest 10 minutes then

Workout 3:
10-1 ladder
16kg kb alternating ghd press (kb in each hand - 2 presses is 1 rep)
30" burpee box jumps
(looks like 10presses/10jumps then 9/9 all the way down to 1)

Solista - 4:01/4:19/9:20 = 17:40 total work
Zach - 5:04/3:52/9:17 = 18:13 total work
Russ - 3:57/4:11/9:16 = 17:24 total work

the caped crusader...but i thought he shot spider webs?
