(Sled itself weighs approximately 50#, so as RX the pull is close to 100# or 75# for women)

200m sprint w/20# weighted vest

Is the free workout on Saturday now pushed to Monday? I really hope so because i got class all day Saturday and Sunday. Let me know!
ReplyDeleteFree workouts are always on Saturday. This is a privilege/convenience and will not be re-scheduled. This Monday's (Labor Day Holiday) workout will be at 10am. This will be the only workout held that day.
