Workout 1:
95# HANG POWER CLEANS - RING DIPS
30-15 / 20-10 / 10-5
(30 cleans, 15 dips; 20 cleans, 10 dips etc)
Work to rest ratio 1:1

Workout 2:
PULL UPS - BOX JUMPS
30-15 / 20-10 / 10-5
Work to rest ratio 1:1

Workout 3:
DOUBLE UNDERS - 16# BALL SLAMS
20-20 / 15-15 / 10-10
Work to rest ratio 1:1

Post times from all three workouts and total time for score.

  1. Work to rest ratio of 1:1 means resting as much as it took you to complete the workout. For todays workout for example, if it took you 2:59 to complete Workout 1, then you will rest exactly 2:59 prior to moving on to the second workout and apply the same work-rest ratio for Workout 2 & 3.

  2. Great WOD today, I enjoy not knowing whats in store until I walk into the gym! I completed the WOD with JD and JP along with the scaled wt for cleans. I'll miss all of you at CFJ when I move :(
