For some of you this was your first time doing fran. Remember your scores. This is the best gauge we have and use it frequently as a yard stick. It was good to see so many people suck up the time and do it as rx'd. If you didn't do it as rx'd I'm sure you will next time. I've come to the conclusion that you can't train with us without getting stronger. It will happen faster than you think. Our program is so effective that the training time is equivalent to dog years when comparing it to conventional fitness training.
