  2. Forgot to tell everyone good job on today's wod. Long turnover time for four exercises but good scores. Prepare for strength for the next two days and then to meet your maker on Friday, 4th of July.

  3. Awesome pics! My P.T. mind enjoys observing the body mechanics and the symmetry of the muscle firing...its so cool to see how powerful and strong the body is capable of being. Keep rockin it Crossfit style!

  4. awesome work to everyone on this wod! to break it down, those who scored 10 rounds or higher averaged at least 50 burpees/100 pull ups/150 push ups/200 sit ups in 20 minutes, or 1 round in under 2 minutes for the same duration. great consistency and power output!
