a goblet is a reference to the positioning of your arms in relation to the squat. whether you are holding a load in your hands or not, position your hands so that your elbows are pointing to the ground. from there, execute a squat until your elbows touch and reach the inside of your thighs (much like a wall ball shot...see the 4th picture from the WOD for reference). only thing we added was a box step-up to the equation.
So what are the times you guys were doing on this beast? It seems like I never really stopped and it took me 33 minutes. 42 turkish getups (palming 25 lb plate because I don't have dumbells) took 10 minutes alone!
personally, it took me around the same timeframe to finish this wod. there were several 'option' so-to-speak on how to conduct the goblet step up/squats on this wod. which ever way you chose, it was hell for sure.
i think its awesome to know that there are people like yourself that are doing our wods on their own. continue to post your times/scores on here for everyone else to see! keep up the hardwork and we hope to see you again soon.
