    everybody finished within the three minutes... great job all. its very important to remember with a workout such as this one why we program it the way we do. this workout is meant to send you into a zone we like to call "redline" for just over a minute, and then train your body how to rest and recover fast so you can hit that redline again a minute later. so as i watched many of you unload the rx'd weight off your preloaded bars
    i knew you would come to terms with this methodology after the workout. and i believe that you did. nice job on the push, nice job on the recovery. going heavy tomorrow.
