100 weighted pull ups, 1/4 bodyweight
Scale as needed.

  2. I have a sneaking suspicion that this one is going to sneak up on me tomorrow.

    I thought I would share this with everyone since I got a good chuckle out of it myself. Check out Monkey Bar Gym http://www.monkeybargym.com/ and click in the "Tip of the Week" on the top right. At about 2 minutes in (2:00 - 2:15) there are some great words of wisdom.

    It just makes you appreciate getting your ass handed to you in a CrossFit Box with pullups and pushups rather than one of the myriad of alternatives.

    Remember..."Dont Strain to Gain"!!!
