"TJs 5 SECONDS"

Warm up:
10-9-8-7-6-5 Strict Pull Ups
One minute rest in between, then
5-6-7-8-9-10 Kipping Pull Ups
Thirty second rest in between

10 rounds w/ 45 second rest in between:
Front squat, 3 reps then
Front squat w/ 5 second hold at bottom, 3 reps
