"THRUSTERS"
5-5-5-5-5
Thrusters (Front Squat/Push Press)
Find a load that you can perform 5 reps with full range of motion, where the 5th rep is challenging enough to lift. Do this for 5 sets of 5 reps. Rest as much as needed in between sets.
