Ideally this WOD is performed with a team of 1 male and 1 female.
Athlete 1 must complete their first round before athlete 2 can start their first round. Once both athletes have completed their first round, then athlete 1 may begin the second round. This continues until both athlete's have finished 3 rounds each.
Teams will have one bar to work with during this WOD. Athlete's must change out loads while there partner is rowing.
