For Time:
Run 1 Mile
100 Pull Ups
200 Push Ups
300 Air Squats
Run 1 Mile
WOD starts and ends with a 1 mile run. Partition reps of PU/PU/AS as needed.
If you have a 20#/10# vest wear it.
MODs will be made as necessary.
