THE SECRET SAUCE

When daydreaming of your CrossFit successes and failures, I think many have a tendency to spend a little too much time on "Well here's what I DID do" rather than "Here's what I didn't do ENOUGH of."  I sometimes find myself saying, “I pushed as HARD as I could and I still didn't get the results that I wanted."  Now there may be some truths to this statement or I wouldn’t be making any gains at all!  But is it a completely accurate statement?  What is the real definition of “as hard as I could”?  If you really get down to the nuts and bolts of it, what we achieve is a direct result of what we put in.  Ooooo ... does that sting a little?  It should!  But that isn't how our story ends.  The good news is that we have complete control over our decisions moving forward.  And if you want to be in control of every little detail of your training like I do, you will love what you are about to read.  Check it out!
