"Bear Complex"
5 Rounds For Max Weight
Complete the complex 7x:
1 Power Clean 
1 Front Squat
1 Shoulder to Overhead
1 Back Squat
1 Rack Shoulder to Overhead
Rest :90 btw RDs
*Athletes may not drop the bar at any time during the complex.
*Add weight each round
*Movements may not be combined. 
I.E. No Squat Clean Thruster or Rack Thruster
