I
think we all know that it’s about to get hot, hot, HOT at the Hot Box! Summer
time is creepin’ up – the temperature is rising and the clothes are starting to
come off. If you’re like me,
that might bring on a little bit of nervousness and anxiety. Maybe you’re saying, “Ugh, I WISH I
would have stuck with my New Years Resolution!”, or “Well, it’s too late now,
I’m just skipping the beach all summer.” It’s NOT TOO LATE! Let’s kick things
in to high gear – no more putting it off.
It’s time to work your ass off, have FUN doing it, and make some REAL
changes! Build your beach confidence throughout the month of May with the ACE
OF BASELINE: Cruel Summer challenge. This isn’t JUST a nutrition challenge, but an
overall health and wellness challenge. We want to create some good habits that
will last far beyond the month of May.
There
are several different components to this challenge: Performance
(the Baseline workout), Accountability (logging
your daily points), and a special SURPRISE category
that you’ll learn about later! There are LOTS of different ways to earn (and
lose!) points – getting your WODs in, doing some extra running, drinking a ton
of water and eating clean on a daily basis. Earning points based on these
variables will in turn help your Baseline score improve, too!
