ALL LEVELS

For Time:
w/ a Partner Perform
4 Rounds of:
20 Tire Flips
50 Sledgehammers
200m Farmers Carry (2p/1.5p each hand)
30 Partner Burpees

*You may break up the reps as needed, except the Farmer Carry. Both athlete's perform the Farmer Carry at the same time.
