SPLIT JERK


Check out some cool testimonials from some of our Donna Marathon-ers this past weekend.  We are so inspired by all of you who ran.  Awesome job!

My chip time this year was 2:12, definitely a PR!  My chip time for the first ever half marathon I did three years ago was 2:51.  Super excied about this and I honestly believe that CrossFIt has been an amazing training program not just for lifting, but endurance wise as well!



- SARAH -
I had hoped to finish this marathon right at 6 hrs, but got 5 hrs 40 minutes instead!  I truly owe it to my endurance coach Nikki, and CFJAX.  I didn't realize that paleo, personal training,  a detailed training plan, WODs, and POSErs would help lead to this awesome once in a lifetime accomplishment! Also the training plan was unlike any other I had used in the past.  I ran less and got better results than I thought possible.
