GRILL & CHILL REMINDER

Listen up you bunch of maniacs! Today we are getting down to business with some good WODS, good beer, and good eats! The whole gym, friends and family included, are more than welcome to come out this afternoon and join us for a good ol' fashioned grill and chill. This is the first of many that we are gonna be having at the box, so don't miss out on a fun event. We will be firing the grill up and cracking open cold beers (at least I will) at 5pm, and will be hanging around until 8:00.
Also this event will be BYOM (Bring your own Meat) and BYOB. There will be some side dishes provided by the coaches, but you guys are encouraged to bring in some stuff of your own. I mean if someone wants to bring some Krispy Kreme's then I will be more than happy to make us all Bacon Doughnut Burgers and yes they are real and yes they are life changing! It's gonna be a great time so grab a pack of meat, a 6 pack, and let's see what kinda bad choices when can make!
