we Celebrated The Summer today with a team WOD that cycled through 6 work-stations.  over 100 people competed and participated today (116 to be exact; 29 4-person teams) and we were able to astonishingly run everyone through all in 1 heat!

the #1 ranked male CrossFit athlete in the southeast, Jared Davis graced us with his presence today, and it was an honor having the Godfather of our CrossFit community, TJ Cooper, to stop by and show us some love as well.  CFJAX is grateful and blessed for being a part of this badass community.
