    230#'s, (235#'s x 9 1/2)..FML, 46 L-pull ups.

    After a two month focus on Ft squats, I have finished the russian squat program and the 5-3-1 prior to that all while abstaining any attempts at a 1rm. This will go down in the next 72 hrs., standby for results.
