kipping pull up

work
perform max reps in 5mins at each station:
-pull ups
-air squats
-handstand push ups
-double unders
-calories on rower
rest 2mins between movements


with no prior deadlift warm up, deadlift 95% of your 1RM

post total reps to comments

    542 total reps.. did sit ups b/c I still can barely sit down to pee. 205 deadlift. I gave myself a smiley face for that one.

    This one was a great one, one of my favs!
