    Felt good to squat again. Worked around with my estimated 1RM of 215#.

    The ciabatta metcon afterward was grueling. I'm not very good at long division, so I'm going to estimate that I scored Meghan's total + 1.

    On a positive note, I won the 400m race we do at the beginning of every class again.
