CrossFit JAX would love to thank everyone who came out last night to celebrate our 3 year anniversary mark. We will never forget where we came from; we will never take for granted what we have; we appreciate where we're at, and we are anxious for what tomorrow will bring for all of us.
The growth and experience the past 6 months has been nothing short of inspiring. Inspiring due to the hard work, results & success each and everyone of you has gained and earned. There is one thing that we all have in common and that is CrossFit. Because of CrossFit, we ALL have changed our lives for the better and it has directly impacted each aspect of our lives. There is nothing more powerful than that.
It truly is an honor to be a part of such a wonderful, fun, loving and caring group of people that embodies the word TEAM. With me being gone and living in Virginia, I can honestly say that I miss each and everyone of you on a daily basis. We truly are grateful to be your coaches not only in the Hot Box, but in life as well. Thank you for allowing us to be a part of your lives!
ryan w.192bw.rx.......had a great time last night....those are some really good looking people in the pics..who's that guy with the hat on??...he must be the box stud for sure!!!.....my two year anniversary is coming up...i can't believe it's almost been two years...i'm so glad i found cfjax...this box has really changed my life in so many positive ways..not just the coaches...but the members that are with us now..and ones that are gone...thanks guys...i can't wait to see where this box is in 3 more years...i damn sure better be on that leader board..
