  1. The articles you guys have been posting the last few weeks are great. I have been struggling with back issues for months and keep re injuring myself. Did it again on Monday and am fed up. With that in mind i will be scaling quite a bit for as long as it takes to get my back healed up. Taking this week off and going out of town but will be back in the box in about a week, but will be taking it easy... very frustrated. On another note i got to drop into crossfit ss today and watch those guys tear it up in full costume. It was great, I will post some video to Facebook tomorrow.
