-achieve front rack position at the same time you land/receive the bar

3-position squat clean: POWER
-ground
-mid thigh
-high hang
3x3 @ 65#/45#

work
4 rounds of:
squat clean 60% of 1RM
-2 tabata intervals for max reps
1min rest
squat clean 90% of 1RM
-every minute on the minute (emom) for 3mins x 1
1min rest

5-10-15-10-5 for time of:
30"/20" box jumps
clapping push ups
