    over 5 min. shaved off from my time exactly 1 year ago but more importantly was that I privileged enough to have Russ in my sights while doing this one and watched as he crushed it in sub 12 fashion. How the F#&k is that possible. I am a firm believer that no one short of Spealler could move that efficiently on this wod mainly because he refers to double unders as a rest period when they're in a workout. Thanks Sophia, see you next year.
