CAMARGO OLYMPIC WEIGHTLIFTING WORKSHOP

CFJAX is closed today for the seminar. in the meantime, you can do the following workout:

work
as many rounds as possible (amrap) in 20mins of:
handstand push ups (hspu) x 5
pistol squats x 10 (5 each leg)
