work
in teams of 2, complete the following:
400m team overhead plate carry & uneven farmer carry*
800m team run
rope slams x 100
24kg/16kg full kb swings x 80
pull ups x 60
burpees x 40
12' rope climbs x 20
800m team run

if it states 'team' then perform task together simultaneously; otherwise its 'you go i go' one at a time, split up the reps as necessary to accomplish task.

*400m carries: men 45# plate, 32kg & 24kg kb / women 25# plate, 24kg & 16kg
-switch carries between you and your partner as needed
-if you rest, you must stop; plate will not touch ground

post total team time for score

  1. mego ran 7 miler with no gas left and forgot to put the burpees on the whiteboard. so our peeps did 60 x nothing and 40 x pull ups. FML.

  2. rob. 31:09 did 1/2 of the reps. 400 carry (200m overhead/200 uneven)and 2x800 did the full distance.

    I for one, did NOT miss the burpees! 7 mile run, then did wod w/ Lindsey, (who I taught how to curse) 10 rope climbs vs 20. Time 27:21
