FGB WORK-UP 1

skill
c2 rower
-find a damper setting that will allow one calorie per stroke
-maintain this pace for 30secs
-rest adequately and repeat for a total of 4 sets

focus
push press
-work efficiency in turnaround in consecutive reps
-upon full extension, pull bar straight into a dip, beginning the next rep
-avoid muted hip function & bar accommodating head/face

75# / 45# sdhp x 15
