810. Really not much to say as I watch my strength dwindle away one day at a time. Finding a balance with this program and diet between strength and endurance has been one of the most difficult tasks I have ever encountered.

Tried that 285dl and had to back off.. got to 275 struggled a little but came out a fighter!
As it goes for the push press, that just felt ugly! On the 2nd press went big and tried to use my head to push the bar up ... didnt work! 3rd rep got my left arm up and the right one slowly followed!!
