REST DAY: CFJAX LEADERBOARD

thanks to Steve, our new leaderboard is up in the box. several of the well-known CrossFit benchmark workouts can be found on it, as well as olympic/powerlift max numbers and the like. the top 3 male and top 3 females who perform them as prescribed (RX'd) will have their names put on the board for each respective milestone.

i smell a challenge coming up...are you ready?

  5. karen ask..Does THE board have a special section for the ....um..older.."senior" members....maybe I will get on it too !

  6. Just under a year ago did "Nate" w/ modified hspu's and scored 13 rnds. Today it was done rx. to comply with the leaderboard rules and scored 16 rnds. What a difference a year makes.

    There is a secondary board posted in the box with all of the leaderboard wod's and lifts posted on it. All members will have exactly one week to post their times and weights to this board. After one week all of the numbers will be transferred to the main board where they will remain unless a member performs a particular w/o witnessed by a coach and their time and or weight dictates that they be placed in a particular spot. I hope everyone has been tracking their progress so as to avoid having to repeat several painful events. Good luck and godspeed.
