-w/ partner to assist, work roll outs and pirouettes from a handstand
-w/ partner to assist, work handstand walks

push jerk x 10
push press x 5
shoulder press x 1
-work for technique; NOT SPEED
-jerks @ 60% shoulder press 1RM
-push press @ 75% shoulder press 1RM
-shoulder press @ 90% 1RM
-rest as much as needed between movements

500m row
40 air squats
30 sit ups
20 push ups
10 pull ups

  2. Karen 439 mod..PR used the tiniest skinniest band for pull ups. Wanted to go bandless..but chickened out!
