24" box jumps
BFTire flips
burpees
3k meter row
post mile time / total reps for each movement for score
FML/CFJAX--thanks Meg for the beat down. Chris and I tried hard but got beat by King James and Ivan Drago (Caleb). Been two hours and still feel like I'm about to toss my cookies ( No Jon I didn't eat any more effing cookies yesterday). "damn it feels good to be a gangsta"
