    Part A
    Timed event: scale up pilots ladder procede across the ceiling to end of ladder. Drop and do as many burpees as possible till clock hits 4 minutes. Score is number of burpees completed.
    3 min rest

    Part B
    Max rds in 8 min
    2 rope climbs
    10 rope slams
    2 muscle ups
    3 min rest

    Part C
    One round with #135 15 reps each movement
    Front squat
    Back squat
    Squat Clean
