    Rest day on Wed. Need to recharge the fuel cells for Thursday.

    old pr was 145 i think. had 130# loaded & felt good, jumped up to 145 and took a crash and burn to the back of the neck. this made the 3RFT absolutely unbearable during the negative movement.
