-1st set of 10 @ 55% 1RM
-2nd set of 8 @ 65% 1RM
-3rd set of 6 @ 75% 1RM

workout
800m run
1000m row
800m run

-no penalty for completing in sub 9mins
-25 burpees & 10 tire flip penalty for finishing between 9-11mins
-50 burpee & 20 tire flip penalty for finishing past 11mins
-perform penalties after workout for completion not time
