-2 x 3 (80% of 1RM)
-3 x 1 (90% of 1RM)

185# shoulder to overhead (s2o) x 20
burpees x 40

    rob. brain and technique not functioning. Bailed out after the first sloppy attempts. Did several push jerks from 30kg-85kgs. Then afterwards did 324's e2mo2m. 3rounds + 7 ring dips.
    after 2min break did 40 Burpees for time. 2:13

    Struggled on the strategy portion of this. went to failure right out of the gate and battled to get the last 8 reps.

    ok..after watching that jason guy i really feel like crap...i used 155...my strategy was real simple....20 s20...40 burpees...i thought i was moving at a good pace on the burpees..but then coach russell informed me that i was moving really slow...i hate burpees..ready for tomorrow..bring it..

    5 Rounds with one min rest between.

    20m sled drag forward #150
    15 burpees
    sled drag backwards 20m
    20 sledge hammers

    Just plain hard work

  7. Kohl-215bw-Rx 3:39 nice WOD! Looked real easy at first had to do the last rep on the s2o twice could not lock it out then found out how much it took out of my legs man was that fun!!
