rob. brain and technique not functioning. Bailed out after the first sloppy attempts. Did several push jerks from 30kg-85kgs. Then afterwards did 324's e2mo2m. 3rounds + 7 ring dips.
after 2min break did 40 Burpees for time. 2:13
It was hell going through it, but a good workout overall. Always like a heavy lift in a metcon.

ReplyDeleteok..after watching that jason guy i really feel like crap...i used 155...my strategy was real simple....20 s20...40 burpees...i thought i was moving at a good pace on the burpees..but then coach russell informed me that i was moving really slow...i hate burpees..ready for tomorrow..bring it..

Kohl-215bw-Rx 3:39 nice WOD! Looked real easy at first had to do the last rep on the s2o twice could not lock it out then found out how much it took out of my legs man was that fun!!
