REST DAY: REGIONALS INFO

2010 CrossFit Games Southeast Regionals
May 28-30, 2010

The top CrossFit athletes from Florida, Georgia, Alabama, Mississippi, Tennessee, North & South Carolina will converge here to compete and throw down for a chance to qualify to the CrossFit Games. 140 individual athletes, 43 affiliate teams and 22 over-50 year old athletes will compete in the Master's division. Don't miss your chance to witness this awesome event!

Spectator attendance fee for entire event: $50 (children under 12 are free)
Volunteers still needed (volunteers have free access to entire event...with front row seating!)

    5 Front Squats 135#
    2 minute rest in between rounds.

    Went pretty heavy on the g2o at 185. Had several failed attempts but got through it. This was my first WOD with muscle ups that I didnt mod on at all. Again several failed attempts but I got through it. Brutal CAV

    couldnt lift 155 x 1 but did 145 x 5. go figure. nice wod.

  5. Brannon. 184bw. I did Fran, 7:24, (modified to 75#) and must say this workout rendered me feeling sick and I wanted to lay down in the fetal position.
    Turbo gave me some tips afterwards but I really need to quit pausing in the rack and go straight to the squat after overhead.
    Ryan did this wod RX and smoked me...great job!
