-below the knee to mid thigh transition

    Second thought: Happy though that I am working on my weaknesses.

    i used 135 on the squat cleans...form felt good...could have used more weight..maybe 145...i also had to mod the MU's....

    the HSPU's took forever, but didn't use the bands....really nervous thinking about getting through 50 of them suckers..

    after all said and done...last person to cross the finish line as always...but...i pushed hard..and i'm proud i got through it.... 1 year and 4 months ago...i wouldn't have even made it past 1 HSPU..

    i quote CAV..."CFJAX makes me strong"..

  8. 39y/199bw Did 3/300/3000 and embarrased at my time: 56:09. Routine may have been a problem but hard to tell. 100 DU's, 1000m row, 800m run, 50 DU's, 800m run, 50 DU's, 1000m row, 800m run, 25 DU's, 250m row (x4)
