BUNNY HOP

workout
10-8-6-4-2 of back squats @ bodyweight + 20#
30-25-20-15-10 of c2b pull ups
(10 squats, 30 pull ups then 8 squats, 25 pull ups etc.)
*increase the back squat load by 20# each set

5min rest

30-25-20-15-10 of weighted jumping air squats @ 20#
10-8-6-4-2 of strict weighted pull ups @ 20#
(30 squats, 10 pull ups then 25 squats, 8 pull ups etc.)

can either be performed to completion or for time

    did this for time w/ turbo. back squats @ 225#. it sucked.

    found new chink in my armor today (among the many) - its called weighted pull ups.
