    Helen, Cindy, Abmat situps, than Hang clean therapy, the the shop chipper, not sure if the name is right but o well. You should post that workout, sh*t was tough!

    To the guys from the Shop: It was an absolute pleasure meeting you at the box today. It is remarkable to me that you guys are so driven at a box with not a single trainer pushing you to train harder. That is highly motivating.

    Keep it up! Next time you come to visit maybe we can find you some nice warm weather.
