warm up

400m run

workout
3 rounds:
2min of air squats for max reps
30sec rest
2min of push ups for max reps
30sec rest
2min of abmat sit ups for max reps
30sec rest
2min of pull ups for max reps

1min rest after each round

score is total reps of each & total overall

  2. I'll have to sit out a few days.
    I have been fighting with a particular tooth for a while. After having an abscess opened up and drained (dentist got a splash), the Dr. said I have to wait a few days before I can play again.

    I really would like to do todays wod.
    Turbo, please put in a little more effort for me.

  3. FAILURE
    Here is a true short story that happened yesterday on the Saint Johns River. While conducting routine rescue boat drills a middle aged male fell out of the boat & into some pretty cold water. Luck was on his side, no injury from the fall and he was wearing his safety gear. When it came time for him to hoist himself back up into the boat, a distance of about 12 inches.
    Things did not go so well. After about 4 failed trys with another person assisting. They could not get him onboard, appx wt 200 lbs. I radioed to them, drag him to the beach, EMS is on the way. The guys core temp dropped to 90 degrees, close call. Am I a prick if I point out upper body strength can save your ass? FAILURE is giving up. Fight till the end.

  8. Dustin 172bw. rx. 537. This was a great WOD. I am taking it easy this week so I wont be spent for my Snow board trip. I think I could have done a lot better had I not been holding back. I might do this one again on a make up day after the trip just to see what kind of score I could get if I really pushed it.
