pull ups x10

workout
10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 for time of:
deadlift @ 1.5x bodyweight
bench @ bodyweight
squat cleans @ .75x bodyweight

(10 dl's, 10 bench press, 10 cleans then 9 of each, then 8 and so on)

THERE IS A 24 MINUTE CUT-OFF FOR THIS WORKOUT
