BLOOD CLOT

back and forth for time:
10-15-20-25-30 pull ups
100-80-60-40-20 double unders

looks like: 10 pull ups then 100 dbl unders, 15 pull ups then 80 dbl unders, 20 pull ups then 60 dbl unders and so on.

10min rest

deadlift 80% of your 1RM for max reps in 8mins


hard work, determination & perseverance pays off. jaime is committed and always works her ass off every time she steps foot inside the box. because of this, she has achieved several firsts the past week to include knocking out her kipping pull up, her double under & her first ever box jump! great job girl, you have shown what being coachable is all about.

    Kind of like learning to dance with 2 left feet.
    Choppy, awkward an timing issues. Got into a flow after about 100.

    Couldn't make a fist after this workout my forearms were so fried.
    Also if anyone knows where the red jumprope with the....purple... handles went I would really appreciate it. Being vertically challenged requires me to use my own jumprope, and I leave it at the gym so others with height disabilities can use it as well. So anyways if you've seen it please let me know

    20min cap on WOD.. almost finished--> had 16 pullups and 20 DU's left so I prob could have finished in under 23min...

    Chapter 27.3: DOUBLE UNDERS!!!
    FINALLY got into rhythm with the Double Unders after forcing myself to do a f--in 1000 of them last Sunday!!! It was the first time I was able to do 25 consecutive EVER!!! Geezus!!! Should have done a little better on time but tore open my dainty little hands on the pullup bar so I didnt move through the pullups as fast as I should have... Excuses!!! =P

    Dead Lift- used #135 did 34 reps... took sweet @$$ time and paid lot of attention to form.

    JV- i used your girly lookin jump rope so Im assuming you found it... if not then its currently hanging up with the rest of the more understated and classy ropes... ps- thanks!!! = )
