After practicing my kip yesterday and all the pull-ups today my hands are torn up, but I am glad I am learning the momentum of the kip.

  8. I know this is a fairly elementary question but there does seem to be some gray area when it comes to interpreting the situp. We've played around with a few variations based on the type of work we're doing but when it comes to something like "tabata something else" I'd like to know what ROM you guys use to define the situp? also, is that same standard used for all cfjax wods or does it ever change? Our default at The Shop is the "Air Force" version from section 2.11. on this page

    Thanks in advance

  9. turbo. 158bw. rx. 110 / 120 / 106 / 169 = 505

Just adding up Turbo's score requires 8 additional Tabata intervals. The 7:30 group calculated my score for the warm-up.

  10. Sherry...114bw....

My time keeper effed up and I got a few extra rounds here and there... not to mention I lost count... somewhere around 300 and some change...

I forgot how sucky jumping pullups are! I would rather kip any day! I used a rock as a guide to make sure I was going down far enough on the pushups... and since it was a ROCK i wasnt able bounce off of it for momentum...They were definitely my slowest and least amount of reps produced.
