REST DAY

active rest / make up day

play a sport, read a book, go for an easy run/row/bike/swim or make up a CFJAX workout that you missed.

    Not sure how much gas is left in the tank for Friday. Diet dead on, rest plenty, booze zero, motivation factor to keep going check.
