    Push/Split Jerks were conducted off the power rack. If the weight hit the floor, penalty was 225# clean back to the rack. There were plenty of penalties.

  2. The after math of the Christ Mass Destruction has left me cripppled laying on my living room floor trying to find any stretch that will make the pain go away. It was a true ball buster and I loved every minute of it.

    Here is what I am going to do onbase in the A.M.

    THE KAISER (with vest)

    Part 1
    AMRAP in 10 min

    10 reps, 5 each side 1 arm kbs with 1.5 pood
    15 box jumps with hands across chest
    10 alligator push ups

    Part 2
    AMRAP in 10 min @ 50% bw

    9 shoulder press
    9 sdlhp
    9 front squat
