hope everyone enjoyed the thanksgiving holiday. family, food, friendship, shopping, football...the 4 day weekend wasn't long enough. CFJAX would like to thank you for allowing us to do what we do on a daily basis for the past 2 years.
I tell my Dad he needs to workout and look like Cav. than he would be a lady killer.
I watched the matt long story today on Hbo's series "Real Sports" everyone at the gym should check it out if possible. It makes you think twice about our pain tolerance.
