    This entire workout was performed on the beach in soft sand. It takes a little extra self-confidence to contemplate a WOD like this... Hence the name. Not much fun... Just sand & sweat.

    I was going to do the WOD with Turbo but overslept had to work thank god I missed it ya know how I love those body weight movements!!! Jon and I did the posted WOD together he finished in 19:54 I think? Hope you three did good at the L2 today hope to see you tomorrow. Hope everyone had a good weekend.

    At first, I wasn't sure if I would stay motivated doing this by myself. However, I still heard Meghan's voice yelling at me in my head every time I slowed down or stopped for a few breaths.
